Thе red release button іn thе back οf thе seat іѕ pulling, bυt thе car seat іѕ nοt releasing. I hаνе pulled аnԁ pulled аnԁ саnnοt ɡеt іt. Of way I took mу baby out before I pulled аnԁ pulled

Sounds like it was not snapped in all the way if you are pulling the red release button and it isn’t coming off. Trying putting lots of weight on it and see what happens. If that doesn’t work then call Graco in the morning.
Try pushing the seat, as though you’re putting it into the base– this has happened to me (i don’t have the graco, but most bases are similar). Now, try again to get it out– press and HOLD the release as you try to pull the seat up. (sometimes it just comes out partway, and the release just isn’t able to “pop”).. Hope this helps!!
Yes, it happened to me.
I got a used second base to place in our other car and it ”firewood’. My solution; my husband !!! I can’t get it out, but he jiggles it side to side in some way and then he can lift it. I reckon he might lean it forward a bit so that the back starts to lift then rock it the other way and lift it out. He’s also stronger than me…
I haven’t tried, but what about a spray of Jig-a-loo or WD-40 in the crack where the pin comes out to lock it to the base ???
